ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the learned Special Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai to expedite the trial in case in CC No.16 of 2019.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to civil dispute, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the accused persons. For the same, an FIR had been registered in Crime No.67 of 2014 and then, after investigation, charge sheet had been filed before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.16 of 2019. But, the petitioner did not get any remedy. Hence this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case is pending for furnishing copies to the accused persons. 2/4

4.Recording the same, the learned Special Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.16 of 2019, within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
