Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.7930, 7932, 7853 of 2022 all petitions and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondents in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)Nos.5663, 5664, 5661 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.4897, 4896, 4900 of 2022 on 29.04.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the modified condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)Nos.5664, 5663, 5661 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.4897, 4896, 4900 of 2022 on 29.04.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month, ie., on the first working day of every month at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 14/07/2022 / TRUE COPY / /07/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
