************* Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.14747 of 2011 , this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.14747 of 2011, dated 27.01.2020, has been complied with, by passing an order in G.O.(Ms).No.139 dated 29.07.2022 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. 3.In view of the above submission, this contempt petition stands closed.
