This writ petition has been filed, seeking to declare the tender notification issued by the third respondent in Malai Murasu Newspaper dated 6.9.2017 as illegal and voidable with consequential direction to the respondents to reissue the tender notification in respect of No.2 Kariyamanickam Panchayat, Manachanallur Panchayat Union, Trichy District for laying road.
