ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is presently working as Administrative Supervisor in the office of the third respondent. According to him, he must be promoted as Assistant Administrative Officer. The petitioner is due to retire on 30.06.2023. He has given a representation recently demanding he should be promoted. The second respondent is directed to endeavor to pass order on the petitioner's representation before the petitioner reaches the age of superannuation. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
