RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall not leave the Kauvery Hospital during the interim bail period to the effect that the petitioner may take treatment in the said hospital from his house every day and therefore it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7499/2024 dated 13.06.2024. This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.8, imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall not leave the Kauvery Hospital during the interim bail period to the effect that the petitioner may take treatment in the said hospital from his house everyday, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7499 of 2024 dated 13.06.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in postoperative care unit of Kauvery Hospital. If the petitioner remains as inpatient, it will incur huge expenses, and hence, he filed this petition to modify the above said condition.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the condition No.8 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to take treatment in the said hospital from his house till 16.07.2024 and he shall surrender before the prison on 17.07.2024. In respect of other conditions shall remain unaltered.
