W.P.(MD)No.14570 of 2022 learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Bank submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditional interim order passed by this Court dated 07.07.2022 and the loan account of the petitioner has been brought out from the Non-Performing Assets. Hence, the petitioner is now permitted to settle the loan amount properly.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
