Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to do daily poojas and other connected rituals daily as well as in temple festival in Sri Kaliyamman Temple in Seelappadi Village, Nandavanapatti, Dindigul District by handing over the key of the temple by considering the petitioners final representation dated 02.07.2018.

ORDER

It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the order of this Court dated 01.08.2018 has been complied through the proceedings dated 04.12.2019. Copy of the said order dated 04.12.2019 is produced before this Court. Though there is a delay in considering the representation pursuant to the order of this Court, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that in view of the filing of the writ petition by the fourth respondent in W.P(MD) No.22800 of 2018 the respondent was handicapped in considering the representation within a time.

Cont P.(MD)No.1268 of 2019 petitioner is aggrieved against the order dated 04.12.2019 passed by the respondent, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed with the above liberty.
