The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of 1/3

Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned refusal check slip Number: RFL/Palukal/19/2024, dated 23.05.2024 and consequently, to direct the respondent to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner on 23.05.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Pending writ petition, the petitioner had resubmitted the sale deed and the respondent has accepted and registered the sale deed. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
