Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and MR.R.SAKTHIVEL, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the defacto complainant to cancel the order of anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent / A4 in Crl.O.P (MD) No.7898 of 2024, dated 30.05.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner / defacto complainant submits that the 2nd respondent herein / A4 has already filed an application for anticipatory bail before the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli on 20.05.2024 in V.C.Crl.M.P.No.279 of 2024. Suppressing the same, he filed an application for anticipatory bail before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7898 of 2024 and the same was allowed by this Court on 30.05.2024.

3. Considering the fact that the 2nd respondent herein / A4 has not approched this Court with clean hands, the anticipatory bail granted by this Court in favour of the 2nd respondent / A4 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7898 of 2024, dated 30.05.2024 is hereby cancelled.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
