2.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner brings it to the notice of this Court that the very tender, which is challenged in this writ petition, stands cancelled by the fourth respondent/Commissioner, Nagercoil Municipality vide Na.Ka.No.2221/2016/H1, dated 28.02.2018.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
