PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.07.2020, consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take action against the respondents 6 to 11 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 24.07.2020 and to take action against the respondents 6 to 11.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he applied for a loan before the 6th respondent bank and according to the petitioner, officials belonging to the bank were asking for bribe. Thereafter, the loan was sanctioned. The petitioner alleges that there is a huge scam that is done by the 6th respondent bank and therefore, wanted action to be taken. Accordingly, representation was made to the respondents 1 to 5. since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

3. In the considered view of this Court, except making some bald allegations in the writ petition, there is absolutely no material to substantiate the complaint that is made by the petitioner. The relief sought for by the petitioner 3/6

cannot be granted by this Court and accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
