O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to survey the property situate in S.Nos.313/1B 3B 1A 1B, with an extent of 432 sq.ft. in Sayalkudi Village, Ramanathapuram District, by considering his representation dated 13.05.2023.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.M.S.Jeyakarthik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchizian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, he purchased the above mentioned property from one Lakshmi under a sale deed dated 13.07.2010. On the strength of the said sale deed, he submitted a representation before the second respondent on 13.05.2023 seeking survey of the property purchased by him. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner would be considered on its own merits. 2/4

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the online acknowledgement before the second respondent within a period of two

(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of online acknowledgement, the second respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits, within a further period of eight (8) weeks.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
