ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property situated in Survey No.241/4B (wrongly typed as Survey No. 243/4B in the writ petition prayer), in Panchapatti Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District, by considering his representation dated 25.05.2023.
2.Heard the arguments of M/s.S.Devasena, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner claims right over the subject property under a registered sale deed dated 28.09.2020. The patta for the subject property also stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.3800. The petitioner submitted a representation on 25.05.2023, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not filed any online application and hence, his request has not been considered. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for having submitted an online application seeking survey of the subject property before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the second respondent shall consider the online application of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of eight weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
