2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. The petitioner's request was rejected by the Tahsildar, Natham Taluk. The petitioner has independently given representation before the first respondent. It shall be considered as an appeal. The first respondent is directed to pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
