ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) This Writ Petition has been filed for Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 from dispossessing the petitioner from property in Survey No.403/1, respective New. S.F.No. 403/38 with an extent of 2 cents in Mettukkannakkan Vetti Vayal Village, Alapiranthan Revenue Village, Kulathur post, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. The prayer in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous since the official respondents have removed the encroachment in S.F.No.403/38, which fact has also been recorded in the earlier orders passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.25298 of 2018 dated 11.02.2019. The

learned counsel for the petitioner also confirms that the petitioner was evicted from the said land. Hence, no further orders are required in the present Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (M.S.R.,J.)
