The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to appoint the petitioner as marginal Anganwadi worker in Vadakikalam Anganwadi center under Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District. 2.In paragraph eight of the affidavit, it has been stated that the third respondent has been appointed to the said post. At this stage, it is not known as to how the petitioner can approach this Court without challenging the correctness of the order of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appointment of the third respondent. Hence, the representation of the petitioner dated 16.09.2017, requesting the first and second respondents to appoint the petitioner as Marginal Anganwadi Worker in Vadakikalam Anganwadi center cannot be considered. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of appointment of the third respondent. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
