Govindarajan, aged about years, his daughter namely Thirukaviyasandhiya, D/o.Govindarajan, aged about 16 years and his sons namely Thirumugu Aswanth, S/o.Govindarajan, aged about 9 years, Manimaran, S/o.Govindarajan, aged about 3 years, before this Court and set them at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's wife, by name, Manipriya, aged about 32 years, his daughter, namely, Thirukaviyasandhiya, aged about 16 years, his sons namely Thirumugu Aswanth, aged about 9 years and Manimaran, aged about 3 years, found missing from 08.08.2021, the petitioner has given a complaint before the second respondent police. Since no action has been taken by the second respondent police to secure the detenues, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Today, the wife and three minor children of the petitioner have been secured and produced before this Court and on enquiry, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P(MD)No.1207 of 2021 the petitioner's wife state that due to matrimonial dispute, she left the matrimonial home along with three children and residing in her relative's house and now, she wants to go with the petitioner/husband.

3. Petitioner is also present before this Court and submitted that he is willing to take the detenues.
