O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to provide duty to the petitioner, based on the representation dated 07.08.2021 submitted by him.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that the petitioner has already been permitted to join duty.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
