This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli to complete the trial in S.C.No.389 of 2021 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case is posted in the month of June for fixing the date for trial.

3. Considering the above, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six (6) months after fixing the date for trial.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
