Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to disburse salary to the petitioner due from 28.01.2025 till date along with other benefits includes leave salary and further directing the respondents 1 & 2 continue to pay monthly salary to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2025.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by B.T.Assistant teacher seeking mandamus for disbursal of salary from 28.01.2025 onwards.

2. A perusal of the record reveals that the third respondent who is the corporate manager for the C.S.I. Schools, Kanyakumari Diocese has passed an order of transfer, transferring the writ petitioner from the fourth respondent school to the fifth respondent school.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, submits that the order of transfer has already been approved by the authorities.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the joining order has been issued by the fifth respondent school, they are not forwarding the salary bills to the concerned authorities.

5. Considering the above said facts, the third respondent being a corporate manager is directed to issue instructions to the fifth respondent school to forward the salary bills to the concerned authorities for disbursing the salary. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
