PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2016.

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner being the member of Y.177, Primary Agriculture Bank, Palliyadi made a representation to the respondents stating that contrary to law promotion has been given to the sixth respondent as Secretary. Thus, he sought for appropriate action to be taken against those authorities who are responsible for it since no action is forthcoming.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 to 5, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent No.2 and the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent.
3.We are not proposed to go into the merits of the averments made in the representation. However, taking into consideration pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2016, we direct the respondent No.2 to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2016 and to take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
