This petition has been filed seeking a direction to first respondent to give necessary police protection for the life and liberty of the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is seen that only a complaint has been given against the private respondent, based upon which case has been registered. But for seeking police protection, it appears that no representation has been made by the petitioner. Even based on the complaint given by the private respondent, a case in Crime No.483 of 2016 has been registered. No representation has been made for granting police protection. There is no such representation from the petitioner. In the absence of proper representation, the official respondent cannot consider their request for police protection. Only case has been registered in Crime No.610 of 2021 on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the petitioner can approach the first respondent and give proper representation to the first respondent seeking police protection by setting out the facts and circumstances and necessity for granting such protection with all available particulars.
