ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No. 41 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.The contention of the petitioners is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.41 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 353, 506(ii) of IPC, against the petitioners. Seeking quashment of the same on various grounds this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was presented through efiling No.TNDL04014960/2023 ON 28.04.2023, before the concerned Court, but the same was not taken on file so far. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli, to process the above said final report within the time 2/4

stipulated as per Rules. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved against the contents of the final report. The prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous with the above said directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
