*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] Even though the prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to remove the encroachers, the fact remains that the alleged encroachers are not parties in the Writ Petition. We, therefore, dismiss the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive Writ Petition, after impleading all the encroachers as parties. No costs.
