2.The Secretary of the petitioner school, namely, Karapettai Nadar Higher Secondary School, Thoothukudi, appointed one Mr.S.Ganesan, as Head Master in the vacancy created by the then incumbent Mr.N.Raja, who retired from service on reaching the age of superannuation on 30.06.2015. After appointing one Mr.S.Ganesan, as Head Master, the petitioner school sent a proposal to the third respondent for grant of approval to the said appointment vide letter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 09.01.2017, with all the enclosures required under the Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 1973 and Rule, 1974. But, till date, the third respondent has not come forward to consider the proposal sent by the petitioner dated 09.01.2017. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents sought four weeks time to consider the proposal sent by the petitioner school.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the third respondent to consider the proposal sent by the petitioner school within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
