The present writ petition has been filed by the auctioneer of Kodaikanal Bus Stand washroom seeking a Writ of Mandamus as against the municipality for accepting the renewal fee.

2.The learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent / Kodaikanal Municipality, on instructions, submits that on payment of the renewal license fee, the license would be renewed for the next one year period. 3.Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of.
