No.9800 of 2022 in connection with Cr.No.93 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Atchanputhur Police Station. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SANKARA PANDIAN J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9880 of 2022 dated 02.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.
