ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.62 of 2019 and to file the final report, within a time frame. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that it is purely a money dispute between the parties and therefore, the case in Cr.No.62 of 2019 has been closed as "Action Dropped" on 01.07.2024.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
