ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to give a police protection to the petitioner for cultivating in her property comprised in S.Nos.52-7, 52-9A1, 53-5, 53-6A1, 536A2, 53-6B and 53-7A2 situated at Poovathur village, Orathanadu, Thanjavur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to civil dispute, the fourth respondent is making continous trouble to the petitioner for cultivating her property comprised in Survey.No.52-7, 52-9A1, 53-5, 53-6A1, 53-6A2, 53-6B & 53-7A2 situated at Poovathur Village, Orathanadu, Thanjavur District. Hence, he seeks police protection.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, the enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein and closed the compliant.

4.Since it is a civil dispute, nothing survives for further direction or consideration in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Civil Forum for her remedy.
