This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.712 of 2026, dated 03.02.2026.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly before the Karungal Police Station instead of complying the conditions before the respondent Police. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has also admitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions regularly before the Karungal Police Station instead of respondent Police. 4.Since the petitioner has complied the condition stipulated by this Court, no further order is required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
