O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the fifth respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and also not to harass the petitioner herein on the basis of the complaint given by the sixth respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the 1/3

complaint given by the sixth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in CP No.22881/2021 and during the course of enquiry it was found that it is a civil dispute in respect of which a suit is pending before the Sub Court, Tuticorin in OS No.81 of 2020 and so the petition is closed. Similarly, the complaint given by the 6th respondent before the District Crime Branch was also enquired and it came to be closed in CP No.26751/2021 on 02.08.2021.

3. Since the complaint given by the sixth respondent came to be closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of as infructuous Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CSIII) // True Copy // / /2021 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) CM Note : In view of the present lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic, a web copy of the order may be utilized for official purposes, but, ensuring that the copy of the order that is presented is the correct copy, shall be the responsibility of the advocate/litigant concerned.
