Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to forbear the respondents from laying any road across the petition mentioned land. According to the petitioner, they are his patta lands.

Shri.Muthukumaravelu, Deputy Block Development Officer, Additional Block Development Officer, Aavudaiyar Kovil Panchayat, is present in person before this Court. He informs the Court that the petition mentioned lands belonging to the writ petitioner will be left in tact and that no road will be laid across them. Since such a categorical statement has been made by the respondent, there is no need to pass any further order.
