Respondent PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to open the tenders as per the notification issued by him dated 27.06.2017 inviting bids (IFB) having national competitive bidding with respect to TN IAMP (TNIAMWARM ii)/ WRD/CDSB/WORK/PHASE 1/2017-18 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2017.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to open the tenders as per the notification issued by him dated 27.06.2017 inviting bids (IFB) having national competitive bidding with respect to TN IAMP (TNIAMWARM ii)/WRD/CDSB/WORK/PHASE 1/2017-18 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2017. 2.Heard Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
