ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the guise of enquiry by calling the petitioner frequently to the 2nd respondent police station on the basis of the representation, dated 20.05.2023.

2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the third respondent against this petitioner was enquired and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the civil dispute pending between the parties and that they were advised to work out the remedy through civil proceedings and it was also accepted by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above said undertaking nothing survives for adjudication in this matter accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
