ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Tamilselvi, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.183/2023. During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared before the Enquiry Officer and they given an undertaking that they will workout their remedy through the appropriate proceedings. Based upon that undertaking, further action was dropped.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 08.06.2023 NCC :
