This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no petition is pending against the petitioner and no FIR was registered against him. Only the representation sent by the petitioner is available in the type set of papers. No receipt is enclosed along with the records. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is called upon to attend the enquiry on 11/08/2021.
