2. All that the petitioner seeks is speedy disposal of the trial in C.C.No.35 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai. Trial has also commenced. 3.Therefore, the learned trial Magistrate, Shenkottai is directed to dispose of the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
