ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned District Musif, Musiri, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.283 of 2018, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the case is for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondents.
3. From the perusal of the adjudication proceeding, it is seen that the written statement was filed on 30.10.2019 and the matter was posted for framing issues. Thereafter, because of COVID19 Pandemic situation, there was no progress.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that as against the order passed in I.A.No. 1253 of 2018, appeal was filed and the same was disposed of. Therefore, I do not find any delay in the conduct of Court proceeding.
5.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the revision petitioner / plaintiff is a senior citizen and hence, he would be satisfied, if the suit is disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
