ORDER

The Criminal Revision is directed against the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.89 of 2017 dated 24.09.2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Thoothukudi, confirming the judgment made in C.C.No. 186 of 2014 dated 25.04.2017 on the file of the Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Thoothukud.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
