ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.09.2020, seeking to remove the encroachment made by the 5th respondent in the public pathway in S.F.No.713 situated at Pillaiyar Kovil Street, Sirunayakkanpatti, Pillaiyarnatham, Nilakottai,

Dindigul District and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the 5th respondent for encroaching the public pathway. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the 5th respondent himself has removed the encroachment made by him on his own volition. To that extent, he has also produced the photographs before this Court. 3.The aforesaid submission has not been refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
