ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against the 4th respondent and to take action for appointing a person in charge to the Dindigul cable TV operators control room in respect of Tamizhaga Arasu Cable TV Corporation on the basis of the representation, dated 01.07.2021.

2. Heard M/s.R.G.Shankar Ganesh, the Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr.David Sundar Singh, the Learned Counsel appearing for R-1 & R-3, Mr.M.Ramesh, the Learned Government Advocate appearing for R-2 and perused the material documents available on record. 2/4

3. This Court without going into the merits of the case, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 01.07.2021 and pass orders, within a period of Four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
