RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue an interim direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to work as Packer in 3rd respondent society till his age of 60 years i.e., 30.04.2018 and pay salary thereon and pass such further or other suitable orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances and thus render justice. ORDER:This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner is working as a packer and comes under the basic servant.
As per FR56(1) the retirement age of the basic servants is 60 years, whereas the 3rd respondent has passed the impugned order permitting the petitioner to retire from service from 30.04.2016, on his completion of 58 years. This court already passed an order in respect of the same basic employee and grant an order of interim injunction.

order of interim stay.
In the light of the above, there will be an order of interim stay as prayed for. The petitioner is entitled to continue in the same post and he shall be, paid salary until further orders. Notice.
