Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to deposit the money and surrender the sureties before the concerned Magistrate in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9540 of 2020, dated 10.09.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time to deposit the money and surrender the sureties before the concerned Magistrate is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
