ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.1388 of 2023 dated 24.05.2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur.

2.It is seen that the petitioner is not yet surrender and failed to execute sureties before the Court below. Hence, the petitioner is not entitled for modification of the condition imposed by the Court below.
