Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the respondents to sanction salary on par with the petitioners Junior R.helan Ramani Bai, B.T.Assistant in 4th respondent school and disburse arrears of salary and all other attendant and monetary benefits to the petitioner.

This contempt petition is filed that order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.189 of 2020, dated 07.01.2020 has not been complied with.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the Joint Director in Na.Ka.No.053266/L/E5/2020, dated 21.10.2021, in and by which, the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.12.2019 has been disposed of, as per the orders of this Court. Copy of the proceedings has also been communicated to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
