ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the second condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge(Vacation), Virudhunagar District, in Crl.M.P.No.1262 of 2023 dated 24.05.2023.

2. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge (Vacation), Virudhunagar District.

3. Taking into consideration the age of the petitioners, the condition no.2 imposed on the petitioners directing them to appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders is alone modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
