Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3252 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that respondent police completed investigation inCrime No. 528 of 2019 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurai in e.filing number TNMD/1600-0492022 on 22.07.2022.
