ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to grant 2 months of ordinary leave to the petitioner's husband, namely Dharmar, who is undergoing sentence as ten years in Central Prison, Madurai, in pursuance of the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit

that the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.05.2025 has been considered and the same has been rejected by the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons(Range), Madurai, vide order dated 26.05.2025.
