This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2017 and 22.08.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the official respondents.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representations submitted by the petitioner have been considered by the Assistant Commissioner and the respondent police has also conducted investigation on the basis of the representations given by the petitioner and closed the same.

4. Since the representations of the petitioner have been considered and closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition. This Writ Petition stands dismissed accordingly. No costs.
